Support
How to reach us
Questions, a problem in the app, or feedback — email florian@evora.fit. Tell us which phone and watch you use and, if it helps, attach a screenshot. Evora is built and supported by a very small team, so replies come from the person who wrote the code.
Subscription & billing
Evora Pro is billed by Apple through your App Store account, never by Evora directly. To change or cancel a plan, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
The 14-day free trial is available once per customer. Cancel at least 24 hours before it ends and nothing is charged.
Refund requests go to Apple, which handles them under its own rules. Deleting the app or your Evora account does not cancel an App Store subscription — cancel it in your Apple subscription settings first.
Your account and data
You can delete your account from inside the Evora App under Settings. Deletion removes your profile, plans, activities and connected-provider tokens as described in the privacy policy; requests we receive by email are handled within 30 days.
Disconnecting Wahoo or WHOOP under Settings > Integrations deletes the data imported from that provider. Workouts imported from Apple Health stay in your training history until you delete them individually or delete your account.
Devices and integrations
Evora imports completed workouts from Apple Health, Wahoo and shared FIT files, reads recovery from WHOOP, sends planned runs to Apple Watch and planned rides to Wahoo, and reaches Zwift, Garmin, COROS and Suunto through intervals.icu. Not sure whether your watch, head unit or platform works with Evora yet? Email us and we will tell you.
Evora for Android (with Health Connect) is in testing and not yet on Google Play.
Training advice and safety
Evora generates training plans and coaching suggestions with AI. They are a training aid, not medical advice. Talk to a healthcare professional before starting or significantly changing a training programme, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or anything unusual.
