How is this different from a coach or a generic training app?

A good coach does a lot of what Evora does — reads your recovery, replans your week, explains the why — and runs €150–300 a month. Generic apps are the opposite: fast and cheap, but they hand you the same template week whether you slept or not. Evora sits between the two on purpose: it adapts to the week you actually have, every day, and never changes your plan without showing you first.

Is this actually personalised to my level?

Yes. Evora builds from your recent training, current fitness, weekly time, and goal. An athlete training four hours a week gets a structurally different plan than someone training twelve, not a watered-down version of the same template.

What happens when I miss a workout?

Accepted Answer

Evora helps you decide what to do next without forcing every missed session back into the week. If a visible calendar change would help, you see the suggestion and the reason before it lands — and the Sunday Weekly Review picks up anything the week didn't resolve.

Question 4

Can I follow workouts on my watch or head unit?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Planned sessions export as structured workouts to your Apple Watch, to Wahoo head units — updated in place when the plan changes — to Zwift via the intervals.icu bridge, or as ZWO and FIT files for Garmin and most other devices. Completed sessions sync back in automatically.

What if my device or platform isn't supported yet?

We're always adding integrations with new devices, providers, and partners. If you're not sure whether your watch, head unit, or platform works with Evora yet, email florian@evora.fit and we'll let you know.

Question 6

Do I need sensors or a recovery wearable?

Accepted Answer

No. Evora can work from perceived effort and your training history. Power, pace, and heart rate make guidance more precise, especially for structured sessions, and a recovery wearable like WHOOP adds useful context — but none of it is required to start.

Question 7

How do you use my data?

Accepted Answer

Evora uses the training and recovery data you connect to build your plan, evaluate completed sessions, and suggest useful changes. We do not sell your data. Trusted processors are used only to run the service, and you can request deletion at any time.
